MOBILE said "chicken with his head cut off" so I
was making fun of the Circle Jerks style new-wave
slam dancing, The Huntington Beach Shuffle... also
known as "skanking" in some circles (not to be
confused with the ska skanking). The post wasn't
for YOU, it was for 3rd Degree because I know he'd
get it and have a laugh... I'm not going brag and
say "I'm punker than you" because I'm a 27 year
old woman who's gotten over it.

To compare "punkness" and "New wave ability" is
queerer than fucking shit. I'm not going to post
my CD collection, nor post my story about how Mike
B. from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers quit sharing
his beers with me when Joey from the Vandals ended
up substituting my 7th grade Math class... AND
don't EVEN get me started about what David Bowie
was doing at the prime of New Wave (hint you use a
fucking needle) and how it was his CREATIVE LOW
POINT, (Go ahead ask him).

If your "coolness" is based on what bands you've
seen and what CD's/records you own then that's not
very punk at all.... I've seen hundreds of
bands... saw some of the greats in the end of the
whole "LA punk" scene... and you know what I
remember about it? Making out with some really
cute punker guys. Fuck you. This is lame, I
can't belive I'm defending myself... I should have
gone with my first instinct which was posting
simply...
